If anything you purchase from Mason & Logan is unsatisfactory or damaged you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange voucher equal to the value of the item(s) you ordered. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging where appropriate. We cannot accept returns of edible items. We cannot accept returns after more than 30 days post-purchase.
To make a return please email us at email@example.com and we will send you a return label. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale items will not be considered for exchange or refund unless the product is damaged or defective.
At this time Mason & Logan is unable to offer return postage to our international customers. If you are not completely blown away by any item you receive from us, you may send it back to us at your expense for a full refund. Mistake on our part:
We don't want to give you more hassles. When there is a mistake on our part, we simply send you the right merchandise without asking you to return the wrong item you've received. You don't have to spend a dime and shipping is totally on us!
You may also ask for a Mason & Logan credit that you can use on your next purchase if you don't want us to send you a replacement.
Please note WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS / EXCHANGES ON SALE or PROMOTIONAL ITEMS unless the error is on the part of the shipper or Mason & Logan.
Mason & Logan does not offer a refund on shipping charges, all orders returned for a refund shall be refunded in complete within 30 days, minus the shipping costs (unless the order was faulty / incorrect).
- Wrong Item Received
If you have received an order with the wrong size and/or design – please send us a photo of your order with your order ID and we will use this information to correct your order.

If you ordered one item only and is double-billed, please send us your order ID for us to review and issue a refund.
- Unauthorized Charge
We advise you to contact your local bank for the unauthorized charges which may have been caused by fraud or identity theft. We will be giving you a full refund for this.
Please take note that if you have paid using a credit or debit card, the amount may take 30 days to appear on your statement. If you have paid with a bank account or a Paypal balance, the amount will be credited back immediately to your Paypal balance – showing the original amount and the currency used for the payment. In some cases, you may see a PENDING status which means that we have already issued the full refund and it will take 3-5 days for this to reflect on your Paypal account.
